Compatibility & Installation

Q: How do I know if a red dot sight will fit my pistol? A: Compatibility is determined by the mounting footprint of your pistol slide. Before purchasing, please check your pistol’s owner manual or slide specifications to see if it is cut for a specific footprint (e.g., RMR, RMSc, or Glock MOS). If your slide cut matches the footprint listed in our product description, it will be compatible. If you are unsure, please email a photo of your pistol slide to support@aimoraoptics.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Q: Do you recommend professional installation? A: Yes. While many optics are user-installable, we strongly recommend professional installation by a certified gunsmith. Proper torque specifications (measured in inch-pounds) are critical to maintaining zero and preventing damage to your optic or firearm slide.

Q: What should I do if my optic won't turn on? A: First, ensure the battery is installed with the correct polarity (+ facing up). Verify that the battery contacts are clean and free of debris. If the issue persists, contact us at support@aimoraoptics.com with your order number, and we will guide you through the troubleshooting process.

Shipping & Order Tracking

Q: Where are your products shipped from? A: Aimora Optics is a US-based company located in Sheridan, Wyoming. All domestic orders are processed and shipped from within the United States.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: We process orders within 24–48 business hours. Once processed, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within the US.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

Returns & Warranty

Q: What is your return policy? A: We accept returns for unused, non-installed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that optics that have been mounted or show signs of installation cannot be returned. Please contact support@aimoraoptics.com to initiate a return request.

Q: Does Aimora Optics offer a warranty? A: We stand behind the quality of our gear. Our products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue, please reach out to our support team with your order number and a brief description of the problem.
